Stomp Out Breast Cancer

Standard

Today I got to travel to Zillah with my mom to help out at the “Stomp Out Brest Cancer” grape stomping competition. It was so much fun! There were a lot of people there to stomp, one lady filled a whole wine bottle in 1:07 minutes! It was so much fun to be a part of.

Tonight was my high school’s homecoming. I think this is a wonderful encouragement opportunity for all you girls out there. I did not get asked to homecoming. and that’s okay! Because here’s what I did instead. My friend and I dressed up like we were going, all fancy and all, and then we were planning on going to a nice restaurant and then watch movies.Well, when she came to pick me up she surprised me with two of my best friends! She said, “Not only did I bring you one date but I brought you two!” It was so awesome! So we all four went to dinner and had the best time. So as all the homecoming’s come around don’t be discouraged if you don’t get asked to the dance. Make it your own and go do something fun! (I had way more fun than I would’ve if I would have went to the dance)

I hope everyone is doing wonderfully! Thank you for your support!

Love always,

Nicole

Homecoming!

Standard

Hi everyone! My trip to Oklahoma was SO much fun! It was so great to see my sister and she is doing so well. This week was my Homecoming spirit week and I was so busy! It was a lot of fun though. I choreographed the Royalty assembly dance and helped put on that show. I also directed our 2nd annual Homecoming Parade during lunch today! It was so great! I had so much fun. There were so many people involved which made it great too. Tonight was our football game and we won! whooooo!

Life

Standard

Guess what?! I am in school right now! haha! I feel like such a rebel, but it’s okay! I’m in photography class and have nothing to do! I want to start posting more than just my events as a MWOT so my goal is to post…. more than I do right now! 😛 I was scrounging around on the internet and found my old blog that I used to use last year before 2011. It was so much fun going back and seeing all things I did and what I was going through. I was one crazy kid. It’s really entertaining. Here is the link if you want to take a peak at what my “normal” life used to be like. http://nicole-renard.blogspot.com/

So I am very excited for 2 reasons. (Actually a couple more but they all fall into the same catregory)

1. I am going to go see my sister in Okahoma on Friday!! After school tomorrow I am flying down there and taking a dance camp on Saturday! It will be some awesome sister bonding time that I definately will post about.

2. I am starting to have a lot more fun in life because I realized that even if you were to take away everything I had. I mean everything. EVERYTHING. I would still be free, I would still have Jesus and I would still be going to Heaven. Isn’t that great?! and that’s with everything gone! There is absolutley no need to get overwhelmed or freaked out because God already has the diagram of life all drawn out so all we hve to do is be his little “players” and let Him move us on the game board. It’s like Chutes and ladders! Sometimes we go up the stairs, sometimes we go down the slide (sometimes even all the way back to the bottom) but in the end we always finish strong. So smile, and go eat a bowl of ice cream!

Love Always,

Nicole

Rescues and Runways

Standard

Today I got to model in the Rescues and Runway show for Maurices! This was such a cool opportunity because not only did I get to model their clothes but I got to walk a puppy down the run way from our local shelter to be adopted! My dogs name was Tonka. I had such a good time and I hope all those puppies found a home.:)

Fresh out of the oven

Standard

Hi friends! Sorry I haven’t blogged in awhile! I have been getting back into the routine of school and dance. I haven’t made any appearances since Spot the Dog but here is what has been going on in my life.

-I started school. Whoo!

-I took 5 more people’s pictures

-My sister went to college.:(

-My dad ran in a triatholon

-I went to Seattle for a weekend trip

-My doggy got beat up by the neighbor dogs

Thats about it so far! It has been relaxing and busy at the same time. During church today I realized something.

My life is like a batch of cookies. God is the chef and I am the dessert. As I grew up He mixed together all of the necessary ingredients to make a delicious finished product. He  put in the bowl all the right materials I would need in order to accomplish things in my life. Then He put me in the oven to cook. He kept me in there to nuture me, teach me and let me “rise” to my fullest potential. When the time is right He is going to take me out of the oven and have a wonderful magnificent batch of cookies. These cookies are going to be eaten by people and then they are going to have a little bit of Jesus in them. It’s what I call shining His light in this world. I think God put extra chocolate into my batch. 🙂 What kind of cookie are you?
